"The three stage approach worked well - first the salesman came and explained options, took rough measurements then quoted and we paid a deposit. Then the window surveyor came and took very detailed measurements - and we corresponded until the exact order (including some stained glass) was good to go. Finally installation - pretty much at the rough date they had indicated and the 4/5 person team turned up for 7 days (it was a big job we were having the whole house done). They were polite friendly and skillful. We are very happy with the outcome - timber, authentic sash, casement and french windows."

"Absolutely superb from start to finish. I have been putting off replacing these windows for a number of years because of the dread of the amount of making good and decorating needed after the replacement. The aluminium windows that were removed were themselves replacements for old rotten box sashes that were fitted in the early 1980s. The old Windows came out in a flash and the new ones were fitted on an afternoon and the following morning as requested. As to making good, due to the care in removal and fitment, absolutely none was required. One very happy customer."
